Health Sector 'Staff Discounts' also offers local businesses and neighbourhood shops an opportunity to compete effectively against the larger multiple retailers.

We are committed to driving potential customers whether on a local or national basis to member businesses by sending out regular email bulletins to NHS employees informing them of special features and reports who are showcased on the website.

Current web trends show a daily increase of traffic to the 'Staff Discounts' portal by NHS personnel. increasing your audience and potential customers on a daily basis. There are over 3000 businesses participating from all market sectors.

By participating in this scheme you will be offering a discount, of a minimum of 5%, on goods or services to employees of the NHS. For a small administrative fee you can register your business on our site and participate in the NHS Staff Discounts Scheme today.

How much does it cost?

During the first developmental phase local businesses and shops can register on the site for a heavily discounted administrative fee of £599+VAT. This will give you a 12 month presence on the site. Payment must accompany all registration forms if you want to be considered for inclusion on the site

Please note that as soon as we receive your completed registration form and payment your business will be screened for approval. If the quota for that category in that location is full you will be informed within five working days and your money will be refunded, in full, immediately.

Staff Discount Retail Service Contract

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Health Sector pursue a policy of adopting plain English for all its contractual correspondence. Accordingly this document details what Health Sector will create and maintain for the Client together with payment terms and liabilities.

Health Sector's obligations upon receipt of an order from the Client
Health Sector will upload the Client's details onto the staff discount portal within the category formats and postcode delineations as set out in the written overview. Health Sector will provide an on-line link to the Client's website where applicable and create an email link to cater for further enquiries where applicable. Health Sector will maintain and service the Client's entry on the site on a continuous basis for the period of the contract.
Health Sector will promote the NHS staff discount portal as part of its general promotion campaign for HealthSector.net, on a national and regional basis. A maximum of 1% outage per annum for technical and administrative servicing of the site is allowed for.

Client's obligation to supply information and material
As the Internet is a dynamic medium it is expected that the Client will wish to update their contact details and information regularly and will be supplied a username and password in order to do so online. The Client will supply all connection details to his website together with a statement of the agreed discount which will be offered to NHS customers at point of sale.

Tracking and Monitoring
Health Sector will use independent tracking and monitoring software to gauge visits to the Clients website.

Payment
Health Sector will invoice the start up fee immediately. Upon receipt of this non-refundable fee Health Sector will create the link and coding system and issue the relevant password and ID.

Liabilities
Should the Client's link be inaccessible due to a technical problem on the website and providing Health Sector are informed of this service interruption in writing or e-mail within 7 days, then the period of the link will be recompensed by extended service on a day for day basis.

Limit of Liability
Health Sector shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or misuse of the Client's entry and the link. Health Sector' entire liability shall be limited to the fee. Health Sector is not responsible for any transaction conveyed between the Client and a third party and is not responsible for any contractual obligations so established.

Cancellation
In as much as all allocations are space sensitive, in terms of their category and location assignments any company that confirms and subsequently cancels will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. All links will only go live once the fee is paid and the initial fee is then not refundable.
