Accredited Life, Business, and Wellbeing Coach, as well as expert hypnotherapist, she has had her own private coaching practice for four years and coaches a diverse range of people from actors, celebrities and entrepreneurs, to mums and personal trainers. She also works with many companies, coaching their employees to achieve their career goals.

She describes her approach as warm and insightful, gentle but focused, with great practical and honest advice.

She has her own column in Psychologies magazine online called "Rebekah Fensome's Life Coaching diaries". She is often asked to give her expert opinion on various topics for magazines such as Glamour, Zest and nationals, such as the Daily Mail, and also makes appearances on radio and TV.
